February 22nd, 2004 - Our
first tenant,
Real Estate Riches, Inc., is slated to move in this coming week. We
welcome them, and are looking forward to a mutually prosperous
relationship. Still remaining to lease is 700 sq. feet on the top floor
and over 1,000. sq. feet on the first floor. The shared conference room
(shown here) will be available to all tenants. The conference room has
just been completed. It includes a brand new mahogany table , 8 executive
leather chairs, a credenza and an enclosed white board. The beautiful
flowering plant in the corner is a silk bougainvillea. Railings were also
installed this week as well as mailboxes and sign posts.
February 15th, 2004 Rug cutting time finally came to Maple Shade Commons this past week. In
fact carpets were cut, stretched, tucked and tacked. Things are really
starting to get a finished look. Our tenants will get to know our cleaning
supervisor Linda Sherman (shown here sorting supplies). She and her crew
will keep our offices spic and span twice a week. Additionally, blinds
were hung for the non-tinted windows, and the finishing touches were made
to the bathrooms. We are doing everything possible to make a great working
environment for all who choose Maple Shade Commons. Contact
Dave now to learn more
about how we can put a smile on your face when you come to work.

and running shortly. We have over 2,000 sq. feet of exquisite

"Safety first" is a good rule to follow, and we are following it at Maple
Shade Commons. Smoke detectors, pull stations and alarms were installed
this week. On the exterior our attractive designer stucco was completed.
However, the outside clean up will have to wait until warmer weather. We
are on track for completion in just 4 short weeks with our first tenant
moving in on March 1st.
January 25th, 2004 We can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel, and it looks to be
fluorescent. Things will be winding down here over the next few weeks as
major construction is soon to be completed. This week the plastering was
finished, all the furnaces where made operational, doors where hung and
more wiring was completed. Contact
Dave now to reserve your office space at this great location.
January 18th, 2004 We just could not take anymore of this cold weather, so we went and got
plastered. Well, at least our walls and ceilings did, and they are
looking great. Outside, the application of stucco continued. Despite the
low temperatures, tents where built and kerosene heaters were used to cure
the product. In the attic the new furnaces were commissioned. Behind the
scenes colorful carpet and high quality vertical blinds were ordered.
January 11th, 2004 This was a week of major happenings. On the outside our new sign was
erected and lighting installed. The stucco crew is
systematically tenting-in sections of the exterior to allow the product to
cure properly. Our new parking lot lights were installed, tested and will
keep our building well lit and safe. On the inside drywall is being hung
on the walls with care, and in just a few days plastering will begin. Contact
Dave now for a personal tour
of the building so we can customize some space for you. We will keep the
light on for you!
January 4th, 2004
We are finally ready for the January weather as the last of our
windows is installed. A sign says a lot about a business, and our new
sandblasted and meticulously painted sign will say it for you loud and
clear. Also, outside another one of our beautiful landscaping walls has
been completed. On the inside the wiring was finished, and the plumber is
trying to stay ahead of the last minute changes that are being handed to
him. With any luck insulating will soon start. We plan to insulate all
floors and walls not only for thermal purposes but also to keep the
individual tenant spaces as quiet as possible.
December 28th, 2003
Santa brought us doors, windows and some decent weather. It is with
much anticipation that the rest of the doors and windows are to be
arriving this coming week. While plastic over the windows is a definite
fashion statement, it is going out of style quickly at Maple Shade
Commons. The wiring and plumbing continued inside as well. We are well on
track for our March first completion date. Contact Dave now to reserve
prime space for your professional office.
December 21st, 2003
There is plenty to do inside while old man winter has taken control of the
outside. 80% of the electrical wiring has been completed. The running of
the Cat 5 high speed Internet cable and the phone lines has just begun.
Two of the furnaces have been installed. Some of the new reflective
windows have arrived and are in place. Our doors are scheduled to come
tomorrow, and the rest of the windows are not too far behind.
November 28th, 2003 The exterior of the building is getting close to completion. We
have been somewhat limited in finishing the stucco as we wait for our
special order reflective windows to arrive. These widows along with the
decorative stucco will set Maple Shade Commons apart from other
professional office buildings. Interior framing continued and work on the
buildings electrical system was started. Preparation work began on the
exterior sign which we hope to have in place by the new year. With
Christmas nearing temporary lighting was strung from the rafters with care
in hopes that the electrical inspector would soon be there.
November 22nd, 2003 It was another busy week at Maple Shade Commons. The good weather
allowed significant progress on the stucco. Concrete was poured, and
framing was begun for the new ground floor vestibule. Concrete was also
poured for the base of the large parking lot lights that will provide
safety lighting. A power driven ditch digger was used to lay the conduit
that will carry electrical wires for the signage and for the pole lights.
